Trans Police Association Formed

On a cool crisp day in January, 2008, a group of like minded trans men and women met at the Police College in Bramshill, southern England. Of the many objectives, creating an Association for Trans Men and Women became a priority.

Aims and Objectives

The aims of the association are:

• Promote equal opportunities for trans police officers and trans police staff.
• Offer advice and support to trans police officers and trans police staff
• Improve relations between the police service and the trans community.
